Ingredients
- 2 medium Cucumbers — Thinly sliced; English or Persian preferred
- 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice or red wine vinegar — Fresh lemon recommended
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt — Adjust to taste
- Black pepper — To taste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill or parsley — Optional
- 1 tablespoon Red onion — Thinly sliced, optional
Instructions
- 1.Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.

- 3.Toss gently until evenly coated.
